These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyTopup platform operated by EasyTopup Solutions Pte Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts & Roles
We offer several account roles including Consumer, Dealer, and Reseller. Each role carries specific rights and obligations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Products & Services
We offer physical goods, digital products, services, and mobile top-up products. Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4. Payments & Wallet
Users may maintain a digital wallet on the platform. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. Payments may be made via wallet, bank transfer, or other methods we support.
5. Dealer & Reseller Program
Dealers and resellers are subject to additional terms including KYC verification, pricing rules, and compliance obligations. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including fraud, unauthorized resale, reverse engineering, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
